Well as long as we have the stock and your order is placed before 12pm (GMT), we will send your goods on a next-day delivery service and if your order comes to £50 or more then we won’t charge you anything for delivery. For anything under £50 there is a small surcharge of £4.95.
NB: For pre-order items we will always aim to deliver within 5-7 working days (with the same delivery rates), and we will let you know as soon as your order is ready to leave us.
Do you take credit cards and will my details be secure?
Absolutely! We accept all the major credit and debit cards and our site is secured with high-grade (AES 256 256-bit) SSL encryption. We treat your privacy very seriously and we will never give your information out to third parties unless its necessary for payment or delivery.
What happens if I want to return something?
If for any reason you’re not happy with one of our products then you can send it back to us in the same condition within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. If it’s a mistake on our part (wrong product sent, broken on arrival etc) then we will refund you the cost of sending it back to us as well. To make this process easier for you we'll include a returns form with every order sent.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. Once we have processed your order we will send you an email to let you know it has been shipped and where possible we will include a tracking number for the courier.
Do you accept wholesale orders?
While we aren't able to accept wholesale orders on the site, we would be happy to discuss any whoesale queries you might have. Just get in touch and let us know what we can do to help.
